Send a requirement
Tell us what you need. We will tell you what we need to know.
Send the requirement in whatever shape it is in. If something essential is missing, you will get one consolidated message asking for it — not five separate ones over three days.
Direct contact
Two lines that reach us.
For anything involving photographs, email is the most practical route — original image files carry the detail that compressed messages tend to lose.
Before you write
The buyer guide sets out seven fields that make an enquiry quick to answer, with worked examples of what is enough and what is not. Five minutes there typically saves two to four rounds of correspondence here.
Enquiry form
Seven fields, in the same order as the guide.
Where something is unknown, write “unknown”. That is a useful answer and it will not slow the enquiry down — a plausible guess will.
After you send it
What happens next.
The first reply to an enquiry is often a set of questions rather than a price. That is the part of the process that prevents the real delay.
01
Your requirement is read as written
What is stated, what is implied and what is genuinely unknown are separated out. Where a line could be read two ways, both readings are noted rather than one being quietly selected.
02
Open questions come back together
Everything unresolved arrives in one message so it can be answered in one sitting. If that list is long, the requirement was less settled than it looked — better known now than after a commitment.
03
Limits are stated plainly
If something is outside what can properly be supplied or judged, you will be told directly. A clear no is quicker to give than an optimistic maybe, and considerably more useful to you.
Scope of this enquiry service
Enquiries are handled as component supply requirements. This website does not provide instructions for installing, repairing, shortening, re-webbing, adapting or bypassing a seatbelt or any part of a restraint system, and cannot advise on whether a particular component should be replaced or whether it is appropriate for a specific vehicle. Those are assessments for a qualified automotive professional, made with the vehicle present and against the requirements applying in the market where it operates.
